Message	That is pretty funny. I just ran into this same issue two days ago when I was changing that hose. I tried my best to twist and pull at the same time, but I was still exerting a lot of force on the rail by pulling up. I'm nearly certain you and me both just pulled the rail up a bit. It isn't catastrophic, and you can even push it down a tad if you use some carefully placed pliers and tons of force.
